Quote Services
Ingram makes getting price quotes quick and easy. Send requests by phone, fax, or e-mail, or build a selection list and submit it through ipage.

Order-Typing Services
Collection inspiration comes from many sources. Book reviews, newspaper articles, online features, public radio spots, and television programs all provide ideas that often end up in a pile of disorganized scraps waiting to be transcribed into a request for price quotes. But who has time to sort through it all and type up your list?

Ingram does. Bundle up those loose materials and send them to us; we’ll type them into an order request and provide an itemized quote. It’s that simple. Click here to submit a quote request using order typing.

Do-Not-Exceed Ordering
Today, more than ever, schools are challenged with budget restrictions. Ingram’s Do-Not-Exceed Ordering eliminates the risk of exceeding your budget while placing orders. To use the service, you simply indicate your do-not-exceed cap; then, as Ingram processes your order, we track your total, taking into account your specific discounts, services, and anticipated shipping charges. If the estimated cost of an order reaches your cap, remaining items are automatically cancelled from the order.

Pre-Binding Services
Ingram helps protect the investment you’ve made in your collection by offering pre-binding services for paperback books. Pre-binding converts paperbacks to hardback, ensuring the books you order have a longer life.

Pre-bound paperbacks receive:

• Strong, double-fan adhesive binding
• Archival quality endpapers and adhesives
• Flex-board reinforced spine
• Flannel-cloth binding reinforcement
• Original paperback graphics
• Nylon lamination film
• Durable binder’s board cover

Ingram offers several pre-binding options to suit your needs. Choose to have Ingram pre-bind your paperbacks through Heckman Bindery, or simply select books that have already been converted to hardback from a respected vendor, such as DEMCO Media or Sagebrush™.

We also offer Kapco® laminate paperback covers as a processing option in either a 5 mil or 15 mil thickness.
